The app is super helpful in giving me a simple interface to see: what goals I need to achieve ; how often I have been doing them ; how many I have left to do. The layout and lists are nicely customizable, and its easy to just open the app, or swipe to say you have done it or are skipping it this interval. The tracking and history are also very nice too look at, so I can see the progress Im making!!
It seems silly to have something that reminds you to "stop & smell the roses" but with todays crazy demands this ap does just that! It reminds me to find balance- whether its to remember to breathe, appreciate myself and everyone I love, or just to drink some water. You fill in those little things that are so special to you but that you often forget as you take care of everything else. Im really enjoying the prods!

After using for a week, I liked the app for its ease of use and gentle reminder system. I didnt like the fact that you are limited to five things in the free version.
This app is simple and nice but the features are extremely slim for the 3.99 price of the premium version. Would like to see some added features in the future.
Very helpful and user friendly. I love how you dont have to set just daily or weekly goals... you can say you just want to do something "twice a week" or "once a month" and not get constant reminders.

I love this app. Originally searching for a tracker to tally the days of certain activities, I stumbled upon Balanced and I am so happy I did. The app really puts you in control of your every move and consequently in control of your physical and mental well being. It allows you to create any sort of activity or task and set a frequency for each one; then, after completing each task/activity, youre responsible for swiping right (which marks it complete in the app). That to-do like list and/or that stark evidence that you havent completed your own goals is a great reminder to stay on track and for me has served as a wonderful source of encouragement to live a clean, healthy lifestyle. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because Id love to see more features such as a journal or note-taking component. Thanks developers!
Was looking for an app that would help me easily track to-dos, to-wants, and to-musts, and Balanced looks like its going to fit the bill. Has lots of features yet is delightfully easy to use. Good job! Thank you!

It reminds you of the things you should do and encourages you to be the best version of yourself. After all it is the little kind things that you do that matter. Other than that, it has many categories that aim to improve you and your relationship with others. I absolutely love it.
Love it really does help keep me a little more balanced and its a relaxing feeling as you see more of the items on your list as done...accomplishing small things into great habits
